A wonderful villa at a quiet vantage point in the Länsi-Huipu area of Himos. The sheltered 35m² terrace overlooks the slopes of Länsi-Himos, which you can enjoy in the warmth of the 7-person outdoor jacuzzi. You can enjoy barbecuing all year round in the grill hut.
From the end of the road leading to the villa, you can reach the lighted ski trails, which you can also use to go directly down to the West slopes. The private parking area is in front of the villa. The services of the Himos center and the Himos Areena are 1.5 km away.
Downstairs, there is underfloor heating throughout the rooms and washrooms, as well as an atmospheric cozy fireplace. You can easily get to the spacious balcony to cool off after the sauna and enjoy the forest scenery.
The kitchen, equipped with all amenities, can accommodate even a larger group to cook and eat, and in addition, there is a Lapland kitchen, firewood and space for 10 people in the grill hut.
The villa has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 living rooms with sofa beds, sleeps 10 in total.
