Completed in 2022 in the new Alppinotko cottage area, this modern semi-detached villa offers high-quality accommodation for up to 18 guests. Great attention has been paid to detail and functionality. The bright interiors and modern amenities are designed to meet the needs of even the most discerning holidaymaker. A glazed terrace equipped with an infrared heater serves as a second living room all year round.

The location is ideal for those who value proximity to both the slopes and local services, yet it still offers a peaceful private retreat. All key Himos services — slopes, restaurants, the grocery store, Willi Länsi, and the Arena, are within a radius of about one kilometer, making it easy to enjoy your holiday without a car.

A connecting door between units 6A and 6B allows the two sides to be combined for larger groups. You can easily book both sides simultaneously via the «Himoksellenet A&B» combination product. When combined, the semi-detached villa accommodates up to 18 people.

The ground floor features a living room and kitchen, with access to a terrace that provides cozy extra space throughout the year. The spacious terrace is partially glazed and includes an optional outdoor hot tub. The glazed area is furnished with a grill and a sofa set. The ground floor also houses one bedroom, a sauna, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three sleeping alcoves. The downstairs bedroom has two separate beds. On the «A» side, the upstairs sleeping alcoves have a total of 7 separate beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed for one person in the living room. On the «B» side, there are 6 beds upstairs and 2 beds downstairs.
